Billy signed with pink paint pen, and inscribed each one with the phrase "Champaggin?" and his character name "Zapp". The Funko's have been authenticated by OC Celebrity Marketing with a QR code hologram affixed to the right side window. These Funko's also have our Signature Series Exclusive Sticker affixed to the side window. Funko is numbered out of 25.
