Helena Bonham Carter Send In Options (Pre-Order)

To ensure all collectibles can be transported safely, the following size and item restrictions apply:

• Standard Flat Items: Photographs, trading cards, comic books, and similar flat collectibles measuring 11x17 inches or smaller are generally acceptable, provided they can be safely packed and transported.
• Large Flat Items: Items exceeding 11x17 inches, including 12x18, 13x19, 16x20 photographs, and movie posters, require prior approval, if they can not be rolled.
• Funko Pops & Boxed Collectibles: Flattened Funko boxes and other compact collectibles may be accepted. Assembled Funko Pops, large boxed figures, and bulky collectibles require prior approval.
• Specialty & Oversized Items: Full-size props, statues, fragile items, large boxed collectibles, unusual shapes, and oversized items require approval from OCCM before purchasing or shipping.
• Weight & Packaging: OCCM may request item dimensions, weight, or photographs to determine whether a collectible can be safely transported internationally.

OCCM reserves the right to decline collectibles that cannot be safely transported to the United Kingdom. Items received without required approval may be returned at the customer's expense.

Personalizations and character names are limited to one word per purchased add-on.

Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation inside your package.

• Clearly write your name and order number on the included paperwork.
• Attach a removable note to your collectible showing your preferred signature placement and ink color.
• Include the same personalization and character name instructions entered with your online order, if applicable.
• Do not write instructions directly on your collectible.
• If you do not want authentication placed on the front of your item, attach a clearly visible note to the front stating your preference.
• Items must arrive signing-ready. OCCM does not flatten, disassemble, prepare, or otherwise modify customer-owned collectibles.
• Package your item securely to prevent movement or damage during transit.
• Remove unnecessary outer protectors or packaging unless required to protect the collectible in shipping.
• International Transport: Do not ship oversized, bulky, fragile, or specialty items without receiving prior approval from OCCM. All approved collectibles must be suitable for secure international transportation.

• This product covers one customer-owned send-in item for the Helena Bonham Carter Private Signing.
• This is not a live signing. The signing will be conducted privately and will not be broadcast on Whatnot or other livestream platforms.
• The private signing is anticipated to take place in late December 2026. The signing timeframe is subject to change based on talent scheduling and availability.
• Send-in pre-orders close Wednesday, November 25th, 2026.
• All collectibles must be received by Friday, November 27th, 2026. Purchasing a send-in spot does not extend the arrival deadline.
• Once received and checked into our signing inventory, collectibles are placed into secure storage. Items cannot be withdrawn or returned prior to the signing.
• All send-in items must arrive signing-ready, with signature placement, ink color, and any applicable add-on requests clearly marked.
• Signature placement, ink color, personalization, and character name requests are subject to talent approval. Requests may be adjusted or declined.
• OCCM may make reasonable signature placement or ink color adjustments when necessary to improve autograph visibility or accommodate the signer.
• Personalization and character name add-ons must be purchased separately before the signing.
• All items are subject to international transport restrictions. Items requiring prior approval must be approved before being shipped to OCCM.
• OCCM reserves the right to refuse items or requests deemed inappropriate, ineligible, or not approved by the signer. If an order cannot be completed as requested, we will contact the customer with available options.
• Customers are responsible for properly packaging and shipping their collectibles. Minor handling wear may occur during the signing process, despite reasonable care.
• Return shipping is charged during checkout. Following the private signing, please allow time for authentication, processing, and fulfillment before items are shipped. Updates will be provided as orders move through fulfillment.
