Send-In Deadline

We are tentatively setting the deadline date of April 20, 2026 for us to receive your item(s) for this signing. This deadline date is subject to change. We strongly recommend shipping early.

Please note: once we receive your item, we cannot return it for any reason as it will be placed in a storage bin and securely stored for the signing.

Send-In Items Must Be Signing Ready

Send-in items are not prepped by our team. Items are received and placed into secure storage until the signing, and are presented exactly as we receive them.

• Signature placement, ink color, and any purchased inscriptions must be clearly marked on the item.
• If you do not want authentication on the front of your item, you must place a visible note on the front of the item stating that.
• We recommend using removable sticky notes or painter’s tape to indicate placement and instructions.

Ink color requests are not guaranteed. Requests will be honored whenever possible, but final ink choice may vary due to signer preference and/or visibility and functionality during signing.

Additional Notes

• Packaging: Customers are responsible for securely packaging items for transit. We recommend sturdy boxes, padding, and shipping insurance for high-value collectibles.
• Condition: While every item is handled with care, minor handling wear can occur during any signing process (including normal signing pressure). By submitting your item, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved.
• Turnaround Time: Please allow adequate time after the signing for processing and return shipping. Updates will be provided as items move into fulfillment.
• Refusal Policy: We reserve the right to refuse any item or inscription not permitted by the signer or deemed inappropriate. If an order cannot be completed as requested, we will contact you with available options.
