The send-in price covers one autograph on the selected item type. Add-ons must be purchased separately before the signing.

Enter all personalization, character name, quote, ink color and placement requests when placing your order. All requests are subject to talent approval and are not guaranteed.
📦 How to Prepare and Ship Your Item
Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation inside your package.
- Clearly write your name and order number on the included paperwork.
- Attach a removable note to the item showing your requested signature placement and ink color.
- Include the same personalization, character name and quote instructions entered with your online order.
- Do not write instructions directly on the collectible.
- Package the item securely to prevent movement or damage in transit.
- Remove unnecessary outer protectors or packaging unless they are needed to protect the collectible during shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. OCCM is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged before they are delivered to our facility.
⚠️ Important Signing Policies
- This product covers one send-in item for the Nicholas Hammond live signing.
- Items must arrive by the stated delivery deadline. Purchasing the send-in option does not extend the arrival deadline.
- Items should arrive signing-ready with all instructions clearly labeled.
- Signature placement, ink color, personalization and quote requests are subject to talent approval and may be changed or declined.
- Add-ons must be purchased before the signing. Requests written on the item or order paperwork are not considered purchased add-ons.
- OCCM may make reasonable placement or ink-color adjustments when needed to protect the item or improve autograph visibility.
- Only a limited selection of OCCM-provided items may be available once the live show begins.
- Return shipping is charged during checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days after the signing for authentication, processing and shipment.
Before mailing your collectible: Confirm that your order number, customer name and autograph instructions are included inside the package.
