OC Celebrity Marketing reserves the right to determine whether an item falls within the correct send-in category based on size, item type, packaging, handling requirements, and signing logistics.

Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation inside your package so your item can be properly logged and matched to your order.

Accepted carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL

All send-in items must arrive signing-ready. Please clearly label any pen color or placement requests directly on the item using a sticky note or similar removable note.

Do not send extra packaging, frames, glass, bulky displays, or unnecessary accessories unless they are required to safely transport the item or have been approved in advance.

Pen color and signature placement requests are not guaranteed.

Talent may sign in the location and color they choose at their discretion.

OC Celebrity Marketing will do its best to follow reasonable requests when possible, but the only guaranteed portion of this purchase is the authentic signature.

• Items must arrive by the stated send-in deadline to be included
• Items received after the deadline may not be able to be included in the signing
• OC Celebrity Marketing is not responsible for items shipped late, delayed by the carrier, lost in transit, or delivered after the deadline
• Please do not send items that are oversized, framed, mounted, fragile, hazardous, or difficult to transport unless approved in advance
• OC Celebrity Marketing reserves the right to reject or return any item deemed unsuitable for the signing, unsafe to handle, inconsistent with the purchased send-in option, or outside the accepted item guidelines

Customer send-in items are handled with care throughout the receiving, signing, and fulfillment process.

By purchasing a send-in autograph, you acknowledge and accept the normal risks associated with shipping, handling, autograph signings, packaging, and return transit.

Minor handling wear may occur during the signing process and is not considered damage unless the item is materially affected.

For Funko Pops and boxed collectibles, minor box wear, window wear, corner wear, edge wear, scuffing, or other minor imperfections may occur during shipping or handling.

Customers are responsible for properly packing their items for inbound shipment. OC Celebrity Marketing is not responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging, carrier handling, or inbound shipping issues.

You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

OC Celebrity Marketing is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Please allow an estimated 8 to 10 weeks from July 27th for domestic orders within the United States, and 10 to 12 weeks for international orders, for signed items to be processed and shipped back.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to signing schedules, authentication, fulfillment volume, carrier delays, customs delays, or other circumstances outside of OC Celebrity Marketing’s control.

By purchasing this send-in item, you acknowledge that signing details, timelines, talent participation, and fulfillment schedules may be subject to change.

Refunds are not offered due to timeline changes, signing schedule adjustments, pen color preferences, placement preferences, or declined optional requests.
